Inspired by the Forest is a brand new exciting creative retail project by the Dean Heritage Centre, working in collaboration with local artists to create merchandise, specifically inspired by the Forest of Dean.
This amazing opportunity will give local artists an extensive platform to raise their profile, with the products being sold in the Dean Heritage Centre gift shop, online and in other retail outlets across the region.
Images will be licensed from the artists and initially used on notebooks, mugs & signs, as the project grows the product ranges will evolve and expand.
So, local artists we want to hear from you!
Submit your entry to Matthew - matthew@deanheritagecentre.com please include the information below -
- Your name, contact information (email address and phone number)
- A link to your website or social media
- Examples and ideas of images
- Indication of your license fee per image (max. £500, please bear in mind Dean Heritage Centre is a charity)
*the copyright will remain with the artist, but we will require a license agreement to allow DHC to use the images*
Deadline for entry: Sunday 19th November
Our panel will then select a number of designs/ideas from the submissions for a shortlist.
If you are shortlisted we will need to see the final image(s), once these have been received the final decision will be made.
Please be aware that if selected you will be credited for your work - there are various ways we will do this including but not limited to
- Your signature on the image(s)
- Tagged on social media
- Credit on website/advertising
