This Easter come along to the DHC to celebrate Spring.
There will be Spring themed craft in the ever popular craft hut and opportunities to explore the Forest beyond our fence to look for the welcome signs of spring.
Our indoor trail this year will give you the opportunity to win a delightful little humbug...the cuddly sort of course... and available to purchase from our shop! you will need your phone to decipher qr codes dotted around the Centre to discover the locations of an escapee humbug from the shop. Find all the locations, hand in the evidence to reception, receive a small Easter treat and you may be the lucky person to win the gorgeous humbug.
Our outdoor Trail will help you look for signs Spring around the Centre, it's amazing seeing the Forest coming back to life after a long winter and watching all the Forest inhabitants getting busy.
Activity Dates:
Tuesday 4th and 11th April: Spring Craft with Wendy & Howard in the craft hut.
Wednesday 5th & 12th April: Spring Walk with Alex (10.30 am to 1.00pm & 1.30pm to 4pm)
Thursday 6th & 13th: Natural Forest Craft with Ken (10:30 am to 1:00pm)
Spring Walk with Alex (1.30- 4pm)
Friday 7th & 14th: Natural Forest Craft with Ken (10.30 am to 1.00pm & 1.30pm to 4pm)
The craft hut will be open every day for visitors to get creative while they are here. There is no extra charge for any of the activities.
