Attractions at the Dean Heritage Centre
No visit to Gloucestershire is complete without a visit to the beautiful Forest of Dean and the Dean Heritage Centre, based in Soudley, is the perfect place to start your visit for a fabulous, fun day out for all the family.
With five acres to explore, the centre has something for everyone including history, culture, art and a variety of interesting and unique attractions set against a spectacular backdrop.
With five modern galleries, outside displays, art and craft demonstrations, a visit to the Centre can last anything between a few hours to a whole day if you decide to stay for a picnic or enjoy one of our nearby woodland walks and trails.
The Centre also acts as a visitor information point and our friendly staff are always on hand to advise you on nearby walks and attractions.
Planning a visit? Then why not check out our special events programme for more details.
